Per TWENTY-FOUR la soddisfazione dei clienti è alla base di tutto. Se per qualsiasi ragione non si è pienamente soddisfatti dell’acquisto, si può rendere l’ordine entro 30 giorni dalla data di consegna e ricevere il rimborso dei prodotti resi, ove la qualità dei prodotti o servizi sia stata disattesa.

Per poter procedere con la richiesta di reso di un ordine, è obbligatorio averci contattato con uno dei modi indicati nella pagina “Contatti”. Dopo averlo fatto, sarai contattato per accordarsi sulle modalità di spedizione.

Gli articoli resi devono essere in perfette condizioni senza riportare segni di avvenuto utilizzo, in un pacco ben sigillato e protetto. Dopo aver inviato la richiesta di reso e aver ricevuto la conferma di accettazione da parte di Twenty-four, sarai rimborsato una volta che il reso sarà stato recapitato.

RIMBORSO

Il rimborso dell’importo speso dipende dal metodo di pagamento scelto in fase di acquisto:

• pagamento tramite PayPal, lo storno avverrà direttamente tramite PayPal;
• pagamento con Carta di Credito, il rimborso viene accreditato solamente sulla carta utilizzata per l’acquisto. Il rimborso non può venire effettuato su carte diverse da quelle utilizzate per l’acquisto.

Twenty-four procederà al rimborso relativo al costo della merce spedita, entro i termini di legge (30 giorni), solo dopo aver ricevuto i beni e controllato che tutti i requisiti siano stati rispettati.
Il rimborso non può venire effettuato su carte diverse da quelle utilizzate per l’acquisto e non può essere effettuato tramite bonifico bancario.

REFUNDS

For TWENTY-FOUR, customer satisfaction is the basis of everything. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can return the order within 30 days of the delivery date and receive a refund for the returned products, if the quality of the products or services has been neglected.

In order to proceed with the return request of an order, it is mandatory to have contacted us using one of the methods indicated on the “Contacts” page. After doing so, you will be contacted to agree on the shipping methods.

Returned items must be in perfect condition without showing any signs of use, in a well sealed and protected package. After submitting the return request and receiving confirmation of acceptance from Twenty-four, you will be refunded once the return has been delivered.

REIMBURSEMENT
The refund of the amount spent depends on the payment method chosen during the purchase:

payment via PayPal, the cancellation will be made directly via PayPal;
payment by credit card, the refund is credited only to the card used for the purchase. The refund cannot be made on cards other than those used for the purchase.
Twenty-four will reimburse the cost of the goods shipped, within the terms of the law (30 days), only after receiving the goods and checking that all the requirements have been met.
The refund cannot be made on cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made by bank transfer.
